Oh Man!  Raw Cash Terms

Terms and Conditions for the Oh Man! Studios  Affiliate Program

For the purposes of this agreement, "We, Us, and Our" refers to (Oh Man! Studios, owner of Oh Man! Studios, Street Corner Productions and Oh Man! Raw Cash),"You" refers to our sign-up partners (Affiliates, webmasters, etc.)

1. By joining our affiliate program, you warrant that:
- You are at least the legal age of consent in your state/country
- You are legally entitled to enter into an affiliate relationship with Oh Man! Studios

2. Your website does not contain any of the following:
- rape
- murder
- incest
- beastiality
- child pornography

If any of the aforementioned content is discovered on your referring website(s), we will immediately cancel your membership without notice and you will forfeit any unpaid earnings.

3. Only 1 signup/affiliate account per company is allowed.

4. You further agree to not misrepresent any membership fee, or provide misleading information with regard to the membership site www.ohmanstudios.com or the affiliate site OhManRawCash.com and you will not provide any additional incentives or rewards for your members/traffic joining our site.

Any misrepresentation of membership fees, duration, benefits, content, or services provided by Oh Man! Studios will result in the immediate cancellation of your affiliate account with Oh Man! Raw Cash and you will forfeit any unpaid earnings.

5. Oh Man! Studios, warrants that it will pay the following percentages:
- 40% of any signup generated on OhManStudios.com as a result of the affiliate links placed on your website
- 40% of any recurring billing generated on OhManStudios.com as a result of the affiliate links placed on your website
- 10% of earnings on OhManStudios.com from webmasters that you have referred to the Oh Man! Raw Cash affiliate program, assuming proper use of the CCBill referral code and links provided herein.

6. Payment
Payments are made in U.S. dollars on the 1st of every month by check. Payments must reach $50.00 in order for checks to be issued.  If total earnings do not reach $50.00, they will be rolled over into the next month's payment cycle. At any time, the affiliate may log in to their CCBILL affiliate account to verify current earnings and traffic generated by their website.

We are not responsible for any loss of income due to server/internet problems, or any other event beyond our control or the removal of OhManStudios.com.

7. Marketing Material
We grant our affiliates the right to use any of the marketing material presented on OhManRawCash.com for the duration of the affiliate relationship.

Upon termination of membership in the Oh Man! Raw Cash affiliate program by either party, you agree to cease using and remove any/all images, and promotional material acquired from the Oh Man! Raw Cash affiliate program/website or any material provided by us in any other manner.

8. Spamming
Spamming is strictly forbidden, and will result in the immediate cancellation of your affiliate account.

9. Link Codes
It is the sole responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that they have correctly used the link codes provided by Oh Man! Raw Cash/CCBILL. We will not be responsible for incorrect use or placement which results in the inability to track traffic resulting in signups sent to Oh Man! Studios.

10. Fraudulent Activity
Discovery by Oh Man! Studios or CCBILL of any fraudulent activity on the part of the affiliate will result in immediate cancellation of your affiliate account and you will forfeit any unpaid earnings.

11. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
